I am a representative of group of scientists from the city of Donetsk , Ukraine, Dmitry Belan .Our team of scientists conducted research Neutron Sciences . The first practical result of the research is to provide a fuel-free power of 10 kW . Patent "Static generation of electric power" No.43102 of 10.08.09 registered at Ukrpatent International invention application No. RST/UA2009/000020 of 14.05.09. 

Patenting is going to be performed in 130 countries. In the previous 100 years no method like this has ever been patented. This appeal aims to find partners for the construction of the plant in Ukraine producing non-fuel power plants.
